    For residents of Chrząstowice

    Active residents of the Chrząstowice Borough – project delivered in collaboration with the Bizneslingua Language Centre in Opole and the Chrząstowice Borough

    Aim of the project

    The aim of the project is to organize English language courses and workshops on self-development for the inhabitants of the Chrząstowice Borough.


    The aim of the project is to organize three English courses for 30 local adult residents who, on their own initiative, wish to improve their language skills.

    Recruitment of participants takes place between 8 December 2008 and 9 January 2009, and can be carried out using one of the following methods:
    1. phoning the project office (0 77 44 17 221),
    2. Emailing info@bizneslingua.pl
    3. Registering at the Department of Culture and Education Office in the Chrząstowice Council.

    Enrolment of participants will be carried out on a first come first served basis.

    After completing the entire English training course, participants will take a final test. Those who achieve a score of 80% or higher will receive individual certificates of completion.

    Course organization

    The organizer of the training is the Bizneslingua Language Centre in Opole – www.bizneslingua.pl
    Location of training: Chrząstowice Borough.

    Training scope and conditions

    The project format recommends 80 hours of language learning delivered in 3 groups of 10 people in the Chrząstwice Borough. Classes start in the last week of January 2009 and will take place twice a week for 1.5 hours per lesson until June 2009.
    In addition, language courses are enriched with 10 hours of self-development workshops in English or Polish, depending on the level of the participants taking part in the project.
    The schedule will be provided when the recruitment process is complete. English language teaching will be held in the afternoon.

    The cost of training

    Participation in language training is completely FREE of charge.
    It is fully funded via the European Social Fund and National Funds under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Priority IX, Act 9.5 Independent local educational initiatives on rural areas.
